We're currently seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of a new product launch for a project. We are empowering an innovative tech startup building a specialized tablet-based operations management platform. The project has a tight deadline to deliver a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) that validates core features before expanding.

Key Responsibilities

I. Scope & Timeline Management

The PM is the guardian of the timeline and the scope.

• MVP Delivery: strict discipline in defining and protecting the Minimal Viable Product scope (User Management, Mapping UI, Reservation Logic), preventing feature creep during the development cycle.
• Schedule Execution: Manage the schedule for a 1-month design phase followed immediately by a 3-month development phase to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure designers and developers have the requirements they need to avoid blockers.

II. Technical & Stakeholder Oversight

This role bridges the gap between technical requirements and business goals.

• Technical Fluency: Oversee the implementation of key technical modules, including cloud database setup, API integrations, and admin portal development.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the final output meets specific functional requirements, such as automated notifications and accurate historical tracking.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate clear communication between the design team, the development team, and the platform owner.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an organized, proactive individual who can drive a project from concept to code.

Core Skills

• MVP Experience: Proven track record of shipping MVPs within tight 3-4 month windows.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with Cloud Databases, APIs, and Mobile App lifecycles to effectively converse with developers.
• Agile Methodology: Ability to break down a 3-month dev cycle into actionable sprints.
• Cross-Platform Management: Experience managing projects that involve both web dashboards and native mobile apps.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Previous experience managing projects in the hospitality or operations tech space.

Position Details

• Duration: 4 Months (Full Project Lifecycle).
• Hours: 4pm onwards.
